It is our intention to promote health, safety, and welfare for your child by assuring safe and adequate physical surroundings, healthy food, and proper supervision by capable and qualified personnel. It is also our goal to teach the reinforcement of family values and the application of Biblical principles of living.
In the early part of 1982, Meme ran into an old friend of hers. This friend told her that she just started a daycare center in Dalzell, SC. She invited Meme to see the center. Meme started volunteering in the center and helping with the children. Not too long after that, Meme was asked if she was interested in buying it.

I enrolled my child at this daycare shortly after relocating to the South, originally from the Midwest. The owner and I had verbally agreed on a certain amount to pay at the end of one particular week, not too long after enrolling my child, and when the time came to pay, not only did she charge me well over the amount we had agreed on, she had a nasty attitude about it, completely unprovoked. She was very rude and unprofessional.

An employee of this establishment, Tiana McElveen, physically abused a 5 year old autistic boy and was caught on surveillance video. She started by slapping the boy then proceeded to throw the little boy approximately 6 feet, whereupon he began kicking and screaming presumably because he was in pain. After seeing this Tiana McElveen picked the child up by his wrists and threw him again. In a report the school said she was fired for making the kids eat off the ground like animals, meaning she repeatedly abused these children. This tells me that other teachers were complicit seeing that there was
