This place is a hidden gem! Stumbled upon it last week and had a couple tacos (chicken and carnitas) and the flavor was amazing! I enjoy tacos and can say these were the best I'd had in a VERY long time. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in town. The brownies on the counter were on point too! The gentleman running the counter and preparing the food was nice, friendly and super easy going! All around very satisfied!

Small place, but excellent service. We had a very flavorful, nicely balance meat/beans/rice/extras burrito and a great chopped salad with grilled corn, jicama, and other goodies. Perfect location across the street from the beach. Clean, employees wearing masks, and making sure tables are well wiped down between customers

These are the one of the better "white people" burritos I have had anywhere. Meaning, not traditional from a true mex joint but damn good. The beans are whole vs refried, and I prefer no rice personally. Little zip on the green salsa and the meat whatever you choose is flavorful not salty. They are also a good bang for the buck, pretty big. A fave place for a beach day

D'Lish lives up to the name! I have used them numerous times for catering large and small intimate events and they always exceed expectations. Most recently, they catered a dinner for 20 people to celebrate our wedding and the menu was awesome! Steak, mahi mahi, grilled asparagus, the tastiest risotto. Yum! Decent place to get a gourmet burrito in Tahoe. Not a taqueria style burrito but a good burrito either way. We had the chicken burrito with guac. The guac was good, but I'm not sure it was worth the extra $3. We really liked that they heated the burrito up on the griddle and got the cheese to melt. Overall, good burrito if your looking for something more upscale.

I've been going here pretty regularly since they first opened in Kings Beach and I definitely think they have the best burritos anywhere around Tahoe. While they're not traditional "authentic" burritos, they have a modern twist and are packed with great flavor. Everything tastes really fresh and you can tell they use better ingredients than the typical burrito spot. Both the steak and the shrimp are go-to favorites of mine, with the hot salsa.

Got their carne asada burrito and it was alright. The size of the burrito was worth $10, but I felt like the taste was okay. The rice was a bit dry and the meat was also not that flavorful. They give you a choice or red or green sala and I chose the red one, but it also didn't really give much taste to the burrito. My friend tried their shrimp burrito and said it was also alright. This place was a good spot to find something to fill me up, but wouldn't say it was a good/ delicious meal. However, the food comes out fast and the staffs are very friendly!

Don't know what some of these low-star reviews are on about. I ordered a chicken burrito and some chips and salsa for pickup. Not only was the food delicious but the service was great as well. When I went to pick up my order, I was pleasantly surprised when the chips and salsa were free! I went here during the coronavirus outbreak and was so grateful The Burrito Window was open! Will definitely be coming back!

What a great found gem right across the street from the beach! The Burrito Window is great for a quick grab and go lunch whether you enjoy it on the beach or grab it to go on your way out of town. Do note that they are not open for dinner though! We choose to try here on the way out of town as a quick meal. I ordered the carne asada burrito without beans. Oh yummy! The burrito is pretty big.
