Chef's Palette is a Personal Chef Service owned and operated by Brandy Kuebler, a Reno native. She is a Certified Food Protection Manager with a Culinary Degree with a Pastry Emphasis. Brandy has more than thirteen years of food industry experience. She loves to create new and exciting dishes, including ethnic cuisines.
Everything food related can be fun or it can be a chore. At Chefs Palette, we want your events, your homecomings or in-home meals to be a joy. We offer welcome dinners, in-home food preparation, on-site catering, dinner parties, private cooking classes or group instruction, speciality ladies' luncheons or afternoon teas, and special packages designed for those special times.
What do new home owners, vacationers, second home residents, business meeting or conference attendees all have in common? An empty fridge! With Chef's Palette's Welcome Meals, what to eat when you get home is a thing of the past. We come in your home and fix your favorite meal (or you can choose from a selection of dishes) and have it waiting for you.
The best benefit of a personal chef is that we come to you. No need to worry about soggy salads, dried-out meat, or mushy food that has been sitting in warmer and driven clear across town. Grocery shopping is done on the way to your location and we prepare everything fresh and on-site. Crisp Caesar salads, juicy roasted chicken and luscious tiramisu; the menu is up to you.
Chef's Palette offers professional dinner party solutions, whether you are looking for some good old fashioned cooking or a gourmet meal prepared in the privacy of your own home. Chef Brandy was an absolute pleasure to work with for our small and intimate 25-person wedding. Her positivity, passion, and flexibility made it very easy to work with her throughout the entire process and to feel at ease. She also had no issue working with our budget, providing an accurate estimate, and staying on target.
She was overall very prompt with replying to correspondence, brought a broad range of ideas and suggestions to us during the planning phase, and executed perfectly on the day-of. Our guests, and ourselves, could not say enough about how amazing the appetizer and dinner portions

Brandy was absolutely amazing! She cooked dinner for our group of 8 at our Tahoe rental this past weekend. She was so flexible and responsive throughout the planning process, super fun and friendly while she cooked (even taught us a few chef tips), and prepared and presented a really delicious meal, at a price that was on par with or lower than other private chefs I came across on yelp. At the end of the meal, she split us into groups and taught us to make a delicious berry shortcake -- we all really loved that interactive aspect. I'd been turned on to Chef Brandy during the once-monthly dinners at the Caughlin Club in Reno. Excellent food, very creative. About a year later I hired her for a private lesson making desserts. Lavender blueberry gelato (real gelato- not like the stuff you get at the store) and Earl Grey biscotti. Amazing. Her prices are very good for private lessons, and she had all of the specialty utensils etc. that I didn't have available, which made things much easier.

Got home from a long trip and had called Chef's Palette. When I walked in the door, the house smelled amazing, kitchen was spotless, and tucked in my fridge were two beautifully plated entrees. A lovely personalized flier welcomed me home and gave me instructions to best heat my meal. I has chosen Lavender, Honey, and Balsamic roasted chicken, Parmesan and thyme penne, and a grapefruit and fennel salad. The vinaigrette was just perfect. A cinch! This would be great for all kinds of occasions when you want a good meal ready but can't pull it off. Chef Brandy was very fast and professional
