Golden Years In-Home Senior Care was founded by Ken and Carrie Ballard. Their passion for providing compassionate quality care for seniors began years ago, when they assisted in the operations of their family's home care facilities. It was there, they realized their life long calling. Even at a young age, they both knew caring for seniors was what they wanted to do.
You can expect personalized care service that is second to none! Each one of our clients is assigned their own dedicated Care Manager who is available by phone for questions, care support, or scheduling changes. Our Care Managers like to get to know their clients and family on a personal level. We have found that getting to know our clients helps us understand specific preferences and unique care needs.
A recent study determined that nearly 9 out of ten seniors (86 percent) want to continue living at home for as long as possible. Most seniors are comfortable with outside assistance as long as they can remain at home. We spent a long time looking for the a home care agency that could take care of my father’s needs. We tried several agencies and each time had caregiver issues- either being late, not showing up, or not trained. We searched for the right home care company for months. Had a few bad experiences. Golden Year’s has been the best home care agency we’ve worked with! We’ve tried many other home care agencies without success. Golden Years has dependable caregivers that are well trained. I would highly recommend this agency.

This is the second time with your system for agency. The first time we hired them to help mom with her rehabilitation. She’s at Will so quick and in no time with back to doing the things she enjoyed around the house. Since that time, mom is needing regular home care. After such a good first experience, we didn’t hesitate to call Golden Years again. Glad you had such great care!

I’m not new to Home Care. First my dad needed Home Care, and now my mom. When my dad needed home care, I really didn’t understand the importance of having consistent care. Golden Years created a great care solution for my mom. She has consistent care and I can see the positive results. I would never think of using another home for agency.

My experience with Golden Years has been wonderful! I don’t have any family so when I decided I needed help at home, it was a little bit scary trying to figure out who to trust. I worked for this company and they don't treat their employees fair and also had a problem with communicating professionally the clients I worked for a few of them had bad things to say about their services and overly priced! I wouldn't recommend anybody working for someone who has an attitude and thinks they are above who works for them it's suppose to be a team effort you guys act like y'all giving the opportunity to do in home care but the workers are the job Keaton you are not above or to be little your employees!

Along with well trained and professional care aids, the Golden Year’s team is amazing! They have integrated a wonderful care plan that accommodates my mothers demanding schedule. They even took into account my schedule. This was important to me because I help take care of my mother on certain days. Great caregivers and wonderful office staff. I highly recommend!

We had my father in a skilled facility and decided to remove him due to poor care standards. I called Golden Years on a friend’s recommendation. A care representative from their company came out and worked with us to find the right match of caregiver. We interviewed two and found the perfect one! Melissa is a true caregiver. She reminds my father to take his medicines, she feeds him and has made his life so much better. I have peace of mind knowing he’s getting the best care.

Update:
The company did get better at helping with getting care for my grandfather. It would be hard for me to give more than three stars still because the follow up calls even though better from the start, was still a little lacking. After moving on they have made attempts to fix the issues. I'm guessing under new management things will be better for future clients.

This Company is truly amazing! I've had wonderful experiences with their staff and caregivers, and each time, they exceed my expectations. These wonderful people are very knowledgeable, compassionate, Caring, And eager to assist whenever needed. I had a lot of questions about their service, and everything they promised they delivered on. Oh, and their prices, unlike some of the other homecare companies, are very reasonable for the services they offer. I just cannot say enough about Carrie and her staff. We were in dire need of help for my mother in law and she came to our rescue. She had a care giver at our home that night! By the next day Carrie was sitting in our home with a two week schedule of 24 hour care for our loved one. Her staff are experienced, caring and knowledgeable. Nida in particular was excellent. We wanted to adopt her. She was there when my mother in law passed and was so respectful and took care of everything. Carrie and her staff work very well with hospice too.
