My wife Amanda & I are the owners of Pheasants Ridge & we take great pride in being part of an environment for our clients & team only possible through local & engaged ownership. Assisting residents with living arrangements, I appreciate welcoming new residents to the Pheasants Ridge family.
I enjoy helping our residents with unique needs through apartment modifications, delivery of services, & coordination with county case managers or other appointed representatives.I Graduated from MSU Mankato with a Bachelor's of Science in Economics, & Master's degree in Business Administration. Our Assisted Living boasts private apartments; each featuring a spacious living room, 1 Bedroom, a full bathroom, 2 full closets, & a kitchenette. The Assisted Living common areas include a community dining room & living area, & a backyard patio & garden. The facility common areas include a whirlpool spa room & beauty salon.
Our activities program plays a vital role in the emotional & physical wellbeing of our residents. Pheasants Ridge offers a variety of activities each day to which all of our residents are welcome to take part, such as. DO NOT let your loved one live in this facility. The staff is extremely incompetent and poorly trained by the Nurse, who is also VERY incompetent. They have no clue how to properly take care of people that live there. The main focus of the staff is to sit in the tv area and visit with each other, not the care of the residents. Some of the staff sleep on the couch in the tv area and when approached by family, they act like it is an inconvenience to wake up and do their job. This is a terrible place. Your loved one will die due to neglect!

Called up here today to help a local elderly lady find out if she could get her hair done, because this is a service provided here. 12/9/21 about 10:30 am. Jordan answered the phone and was extremely rude. We wanted to see how we could get the contact info of someone, and she wouldn't even let us know when we could call back, or who to ask for. She was very short and hung up the phone before the conversation was done. It leads me to wonder how they treat the elderly people up there who are clients.
