Oak Terrace Senior Communities are family owned and operated with their first assisted living opening July of 2000 in North Mankato. The two co-founders each had loved ones living in facilities in the 1990's that were less than desirable. That motivated them to design and construct their first upscale assisted living community.
Oak Terrace Senior Living Communities is family owned and operated and provides services including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation-providing a continuum of care to ensure the needs of all residents are met on an individual basis and also accepts Elderly Waiver services.
Oak Terrace North Mankato offers a comfortable and social community for an all-inclusive lifestyle for aging adults. We provide independent living where adults enjoy maintenance-free living, assisted living where personal care and support with daily living becomes needed and memory care for individuals with dementia and long-term memory loss.
Oak Terrace Le Sueur offers a comfortable and social community for assisted living when personal care and support with daily living becomes needed. Our dedicated, highly trained staff provides compassionate care and quality care tailored to meet the needs of each resident. There are six community rooms for residents to enjoy a high level of activity and social environment.
I know you were proactive in arranging and advocating for the Compassionate Care Giver Program for your residents. I want you to know what a difference and possibly live saving it has been for my mom's wellbeing and health. As you know Stacy, we could communicate back and forth with early signs and symptoms if something was a bit off with mom and quickly get it treated.

I truly love working here! Oak terrace has skilled nurses that are available day and night to meet the residents need. They also have staff members that work together as a team to provide the best quality of care to residents.If your looking for a home for your loved ones then Oak terrace assisted living is the right place.

If I could put a 0 star, I would. Unforeseen financial hardship for my grandmother resulted in them filing for eviction. Unwilling to wait for Medical Assistance to be enforced. Consisted calls and emails borderline harassing family members for payment EVEN AFTER an emergency assessment from the county to expedite MA. This is from their MEMORY CARE UNIT!! Finding placement for memory care is difficult let alone being forced out on short notice. Such a sad situation, if you are looking for a place for your loved ones, look elsewhere. This place is based on collecting money, and seem to care little

Really enjoyed coming to this place to visit my mother's friend and seemed like a great place and good care given. What really put us off one day was when we overheard a couple staff or workers (2 men) joking with someone that this is the place to go if you want your bank account drained quickly! I know it is expensive to live here and services are good, but what an appalling thing to joke about in the hallway let alone around tenants! Later was informed that at least one of these men was the owners sons and that really made us angry and bothered us!
