Tara Schachter Diaz, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She holds a Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperor's College in Santa Monica, CA.
We facilitate healing, providing the information for action and drawing attention to any imbalance whether it be physical or emotional. Tara is a fantastic acupuncturist! She really cares about the wellness of her patients and takes the time to talk to you and really learn about what you need and assess how she can help.

Love Tara so much!!!! My husband and I have been seeing her to help us with various things (for me - lowering stress, conceiving, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety). As a result she has become like a family member to us.
Would highly recommend Tara - her strengths are her empathy and candor, attention to cleanliness especially with COVID, adding Chinese herbs and other natural supplements, and flexibility to support you where you are. Never judging!
I have never tried acupuncture before this and am so glad the first time was here!

She has been working miracles on my pinched nerve issues.
Tara asks loads of questions to make sure you are getting what you need, kinda whatcha want when someone is sticking tiny needles in you.
She is a great acupuncturist and, by far, my favorite. I've been to several others and none come close to the care I've received from Tara Diaz Wellness.
I cannot recommend enough!

Tara is a fantastic acupuncturist!!! She really cares about the wellness of her patients and takes the time to talk to you and really learn about what you need and assess how she can help. I've been to Tara for many different problems and she has helped immensely. Her new office is lovely, and has a relaxing vibe which is perfect for having a nice foot soak or getting acupuncture :)
