My boyfriend sent flowers from this store. The first did not include the Bear he had purchased with them, so they gave him a credit toward second order. The second order was a disaster from delivery to final product.
Delivery - Confirmed delivery when in fact it was not delivered. On the next attempt, the delivery driver called to ask me to receive from his car (what is the convenience in that?). After receiving the flowers, he called again to tell me he drives for Uber if I ever need his service.
Product - There was a large amount of water that spilled out of the vase into the cellophane wrap
