Also we maintain plants every other week. Water, fertilize, insecticide indoor gardening and outdoor gardening.

I live on the West Coast (Washington) and wanted to order flowers for a client. I found Heather Floral after a search and loved the pictures and many options on their website. WOW did I make a great choice! Not only did I get the white glove treatment, the flowers were gorgeous. Even with a little snafu (wrong address on my end), they were understanding, called immediately to let me and redelivered to the new address without a charge. I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!

I am very picky about floral arrangements and Heather Floral exceeds my expectations every time with exotic and expensive flowers. The owner has created for me more last-minute arrangements than I can count! When I ordered on his website, he called to personally thank me for my order. I called before their opening last Saturday, but didn’t leave a message. He called me back using Caller Id ready to accept my same-day order. It’s a pleasure to order from a company which appreciates your business.

Ulfat answered and asked me what I wanted to which I repied "i have no idea." I gave him my budget and described my friend to him. He definitely handled it and in a timely manner. This man excels at his craft and I am always happy when there are bumps in the road especially when placing the order from across the country. My girlfriend received 4 arrangements and said mine was her favorite. =)

I recently moved to NYC and I cannot recommend this place enough. The quality of the arrangements are unparalleled for a very reasonable price. OMG! This is the best floral store in Manhattan. Period. Qazi and his staff are incredible to work with and always do a phenomenal job at putting the arrangements together especially if you are not able to physically go to the store. Their aesthetic is beyond your expectations and their customer service is even greater. Highly recommend every single time you need a plant or a flower arrangement as a gift.

Thank you so much for the quick turnaround when I called you late in the day on Tuesday and you were able to assemble a gorgeous arrangement of flowers for my colleague who just got home from the hospital.
I was desperately looking for a vendor that was not 1 800 flowers or of that sort because I never really like any of the arrangements that I ordered from them in the past. They all sell cookie cutter arrangements.
I appreciate your talent and eye for detail. All I did was tell Ulfat the color pallet I wanted him to use and my budget

The lovely and kind gentleman who runs this awesome flower shop has to be one of the best ive encountered in the business. I walked in just as he was about to close shop and vehemently requested a larger than life arrangement for a late birthday surprise for a friend. He agreed to do it for me and went above and beyond with the flowers.
We ended up having the most amazing conversation as he effortlessly put the arrangement together. He was such a breath of fresh air in these covid days and a class act when it came to his craft! I’ll be thinking if him every time I need flowers. You should too

Heather Floral did a spectacular job on the succulent and cactus terrariums for our office. Their turn around time was 1-2 days from when the order was placed, and they continue to help us curate the perfect plant/flower arrangements for our office. Everyday they showcase have the most gorgeous arrangements for not only offices but also for special occasions and when you are feeling like just a little something lovely in your home.

Never would expect the location, inside a 2nd entry at Carnegie Hall, but the small shop has more understanding of art, & aesthetics than a dozen of the ever present flower shops of Manhattan. Be it temporary vase or plant the proprietor Qazi can well advise selection and maintenance.
We bought two exotic orchids, and got much advice about how best to make the selection and how to maintain them.

Ordered flowers for the 15th, received a nice bouquet. Flowers started to die on the 16th, almost completely dead by the 17th. This is totally unacceptable! The price wasn't cheap, so no reason it shouldn't have lasted much longer! Caused my partner to be unhappy, so that is costing me the world! Will not buy from them again!

Asked florist to put together a bouquet for friend's graduation. I'm unsure whether the price range I asked for was too low or the florist's aesthetic is just not a good match with my personal preference. I even had some pictures to show him what kinds of colors I want and what kinds of arrangements I had in mind. There was also a little difficulty communicating what I wanted, I'm not sure he really understood. But it would have been better if he could have just told me that what I wanted would cost more if that was the problem. If he was clear about that, I probably would
