My appointment was on March 10 with Lexi. This was my second visit with her. For the first visit, the focus was a hair color and trim. For this visit, I wanted my hair cut into a chin length bob. I provided pictures to her of what I wanted for reference. I left the salon thinking all was good, but after washing my hair for the first time, I noticed that there was a huge chunk of hair cut from a section of right back side of head. It was as if Lexi cut a rectangular shape over my ear, but shifted it towards the back. I chose not to call the salon to obtain a correction cut from Lexi, because it
