As a real estate broker for 11 years, I've been exposed to many HVAC contractors with both buyers and sellers. Val Bartkus is definitely the best! If he doesn't pick up his phone right away, he's very quick to return calls. He has incredible knowledge of heating/cooling and seems to really enjoy what he is doing. Not only do I recommend him to all my clients, I wouldn't have anyone else work on my own house. He is also a licensed plumber. The icing on the cake - he is VERY reasonably priced and would never take advantage of anyone. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Val at Bartkus Heating and Air and plumbing. When I found myself dealing with household issues I felt vunerable. After talking to Val, he explained exactly what I needed without over-selling me: he provided me with the right furnace/AC for my condo. He provided expert and meticulous installation. When a problem arose, he tried to fix the problem, showed me why it couldn't be fixed, then offered a reasonable alternative that didn't compromise the project or my budget. His installation was timely, and neat, always cleaning up after himself. He is trustworthy
