Response same day to our call. Excellent service, did not push me to buy anything and provided guidance to try and solve our water heater issue. Ended up needing to replace and they came back within a two days to replace. Job was done quickly, well and reasonably. Thank you!

Called LaCassa Plumbing out because our sewer was backing up on the floor and shower. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and was able to get us an appointment for the exact time we wanted.
The owner Carmen arrived early and checked our sewer cleanout. He explained to us that the water level being raised meant that the clog in the sewer line was downstream from that point and would need to be rodded. He gave us a reasonable estimate which we accepted.
He then started to rod our sewer line which ended up taking him about four hours to do because it was so bad and over 200 ft in length

I used LaCassa's website to contact them about installing a new ejector pump and received a response almost immediately. Carmen was able to come out first thing the next morning which was great. He was on time, and replaced what needed to be replaced in a couple of hours. The best thing is Carmen explained everything that he was doing along the process, and why it needed to be done. Without a doubt, I will contact LaCassa in the future for all of my plumbing needs. I will also refer them to my neighbors.

I followed recommendations from Nextdoor and was glad I did. This company is great from the initial phone conversation to the work done. Carmen comes out no hidden fees, explains and knows what he's doing. His prices are all in black and white no surprises and good rates. Will use them in the future.

We used LaCassa plumbing's services to repair a kitchen faucet leak and were incredibly impressed with how quickly they responded in spite of this being a last minute call. They accommodated us same day. Carmen was very professional and was also nice enough to help us with some maintenance and DIY tips and operated with the intent of fixing our issues and helping us rather than trying to make money off of our situation. We would absolutely recommend their services.

Carmen did honest and efficient work. He gave me a couple of repair options for our leaky faucet, and his recommendation wasn't the priciest option. When he finished his work, he gave us recommendations for the future on how to best maintain our faucet on a cost-efficient basis. I would happily use Carmen again for any plumbing needs we might have.

I just had my front and back outdoor faucets replaced by Carmen and his team and I can't express how professional and courteous they were. They took the time to go over what my concerns were, explained what they wanted to do and the why behind it, and explained their charges which were fair for what they had to do. LaCassa Plumbing is a very professional, responsive and service- oriented organization. They replaced my water heater on a weekend when they had a cancelation and when I had an issue they were easy to schedule and have the issue addressed. Carmen is very friendly and really cares about the satisfaction of his customers. Highly recommended!

I have now had Mr. LaCassa out twice, once to install a kitchen faucet & he was amazing & recommended something that in the long run will save me money & then today came out & helped out with a sump pump issue with hardly any notice! Again gave honest advice that in the long run will save money. Just so happy to have found someone not only… knowledgable but also wants to do what is right by the person needing the assistance. Will not hesitate to call again! Also his appointment maker is such a joy to talk to as well, just makes me feel comfortable talking about the problem

This service was everything I could ask for. Mr. LaCassa was prompt, his office was very good about following up when it seemed like he would arrive towards the end of the window they gave us as opposed to the beginning of the window, and when he came his work was swift and his rates were reasonable. He was friendly and personable while working around my daughter. He came with his own facemask because he's taking the current pandemic as seriously as everyone else.
