Spencer came out to look at what I thought was a problem with our gutters. If that had turned out to be the problem I would have hired them. However, after Spencer looked at our situation he determined the problem was not the gutter but most likely a problem with the flashing where the stucco and roof meet. I appreciate his promptness, honesty and professionalism. When I need gutter or siding I will definitely contact Gutter Brothers.

After speaking to a very nice woman on the phone I waited a couple of weeks for them to come out and give me a proposal for 1 gutter on the back of the house. They wanted a deposit, so I paid them in full up front. 3 weeks later they installed it. It was a terrible looking installation with the drip guard tilting back into the house. When it rained the water would drip out from behind the gutter. Two calls for service, sent them the pictures, and was told they looked at it and it was the best they could do. I got a ladder and climbed up there and fixed the terrible workmanship myself in 1/2 hour
