They sent out someone by himself who had never done the kind of repair work I needed for my gutters. When I tried to call and get someone to come and fix his poor job, they refused to answer their phones or emails. They eventually got back to me, and said that the reason why they had not responded was because I hadn't paid them. However, I handed the guy a check before he started the work, and he had never turned the check into the office.

Zach installed gutter screen and cleaned the gutters. The job was completed efficiently and well. He went above and beyond in scraping frozen mud out of the gutters. I definitely recommend and would use again.

The work was done professinally, solving a rain gutter issue in a sensible attractive way. I appreciated the cleanliness that they left the property as well....wouldn't even know they had been there. Thank you, Wizard Rain Gutters....I never even met them in person, lol. They went out saw the job and did the work. We communicated via text and I sent them my email address to receive the invoice, which had a link to pay....all so easy and efficient.

I would highly recommend Wizard Screens and Gutter to anyone that are needing to get gutters on their home. Kevin and Sam were amazing.
Here are the 5 reason why I would work with them again:
1) Called to let me know they were coming
2) Double checked that they were bring the right color of gutter
3) They walked me through the process of where my downspouts were going to be on my house and why. Made adjustment on the fly to us happy.
4) Worked quickly, efficiently and good quality
5) Once the job was completed, they asked for my approval before cleaning up to go to the next job.

Great company to work with. I highly recommend. They had great communication throughout the process of color matching and re-attaching a rain gutter. They were on time for each appointment and had very professional employees who were courteous. Before contacting Wizard, I had 3 other companies stiff me by not showing up at all and wouldn't return my calls. The other companies had me on their calendar 4 weeks in advance and didn't even bother to show up for the appointment or call to let me know they weren't coming. Wizard was one week out. I was happy to give them my money. I waited to post a review
