I am Mary Booth. I would go with a minus one for this ridiculous organization. Truly unprofessional. The person who did my intake just sounded like she was doing me a favor. She needs an evaluation with her supervisor. I will never call them again. Period. The end.

In my opinion, they are not equipped to handle family concerns, especially the crisis center. They actually make a bad situation worse

I have a friend who went there, and all they did is shove medicines, and the so called therapists are interns. What a shame my friend doesn't have insurance other than Husky

Biggest mistake I ever made going here, they label you as someone your not, they treat you like a low life looser, they do not have a clue of what they are doing, or who you are ,the doctor constantly wants to medicate me, all I wanted was help getting off of meds, they want to send you off to some intensive drug treatment , and if you don’t follow what they want you to do , they will kick you out , not a good place worse experience I ever had.

Awful! Nasty woman at front desk. The Groups are a joke. The Staff is extremely disorganized and only know the basics about mental healthcare.

Horrible facility due to the fact that they under staff their doctors. Prescriptions can not be written on all days they are open because they do not always have a doctor on staff. Luckily my sons Physician has been there to help fix the problems that Bridges 'bare bones' staff creates.

I've had a great experience here with the child and family services. With the state budget cuts, I know the adult services have been cut. My understanding is that you cannot get individual therapy, just group therapy and medication management and that doesn't make everybody happy. But every clinician I've worked with as a foster parent and every doctor, especially Dr. Allen and their IICAPS teams have all been professional, kind and effective. The only service that has been underwhelming is there crisis response team, but I'm OK going other routes in an emergency.
