Currently in the process of applying for an apartment here and Andrea has been great! From the moment I called asking for availability to the moment I went in to fill out an application, she has been nothing but helpful. Currently hopeful that the whole application process goes smoothly and I can live here!

Rent goes up $80-$100 more, every time you renew your lease. It doesn’t matter if you’re low income. Rooms are spacious though! The thing that lacks is security and maintenance. Cars are broken into and there’s nothing being done. The glass in the apartment hallway in building 9 has been broken into by homeless people multiple times and it is scary. I've been living at Crestview West for 5 years now. I like the staff. They get the job done ASAP. The grounds are kept up and it's clean. Before the Covid
they would take your packages for you as a courtesy. We have been thru a few management staff personal. I have enjoyed them all. This is a nice place to live and I would recommend it.

If you like people that lie directly to your face, then yes, this is a great place to live. The "management" will lie for each other to try and cover up for their ignorance, you can even hear the stuttering in their voices as they lie. They "hand pick" who the want to move-in...I sense a bit a racism seeing how the majority of the tenants are of Latino decent... And if you call them and ask if they have units, they'll say yes, then a HALF HOUR later, claim the "the unit has been rented", despite the FACT the application alone takes up to two-weeks to process. I wonder if the FAIR HOUSING ACT applies
