I am a real estate and and beyond livid at this point with this company and the loan officer! We are now 3 days away from closing and the loan officer and her assistant are no where to be found. Of course I have tried to contact someone above in Chandler but I only get the run around. I have sent numerous texts to the loan officer and get no response or updates. These last few days are very critical and I now have a very stressed out buyer because of this company and loan officer. NEXTA and the loan officer have had this loan

I am a real estate agent and was representing the seller. Nexa was representing the buyer and had the file for almost 2 months because we needed time to find a new home for my clients. The day before closing, they said they couldn’t read the escrow check (even though they had it for the entire time) and closing was delayed. Keep in mind that my sellers have already packed up their home and can’t buy their new home without this closing. Said it would close one day late. Next day, now they found a typo in the home insurance policy and can’t close again. Again, why wasn’t this found sooner

As a first-time home buyer, Kevin Gallegos made sure to explain everything to me step by step. He went through all of the documents with me and made sure that he answered all my questions. He was very accessible by phone, text, and email. He helped my home closer sooner than expected! He was so prompt in processing any loan documents. I've worked with other loan officers before and none of them were as kind and personable as Kevin. It all started well, my former lender denied me 4 weeks into closing, Nelson Christopher Thompson Jr worked hard to fix the issue they were experiencing. He found the problem and addressed it with me, we changed my loan so no more issues would occur on my end and they did not! However 2 days before I was set to get on the plane to leave my current state I asked if everything was fine because, I not only had to inform my current rental property but I had the opportunity to pull out of my hotel stay. He and the processor both told me all was well so I continued forward. The NEXT DAY, he called

Thomas and his team are top notch! The communication is great, they are fast and friendly, and Thomas really does his homework and get to know you as a customer. He takes his time get you exactly what your looking for, along with answering any questions you may have. trust I had hundreds! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Andrew Hobstetter!!! He was amazing!! He walked me through the whole process effortlessly. He answered my questions so the I could understand everything. And I had a lot of them and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I am truly thankful and grateful for him. I can now leave my granddaughter some generational wealth.
