This facility is incredibly incompetent and worse than that - is uncaring and ambivalent about their patients/clients. They "dance" around questions regarding patient care, all the while knowing that patients are ignored, left unattended, while staff is in the halls on their cell phones... Desk staffing at nurse's stations are intermittent at best. I know for a fact, that wait time for a patient who needs assistance can go beyond 20 minutes; the response is as if the staff is "inconvenienced" by the need of a patient. I was a patient for about a month. The doctor, nursing staff, therapists, attendants, social service workers and all office managers and staff were very courteous, conscious of duties and responsibilities. I am alive because of them and their wonderful care. I will always be grateful to them. They are kind to me even today when I am not a patient.

There's absolutely no reason for me to believe any of those five-star reviews when my personal experience could only give this facility negative five-star rating, if it's possible to do so. So much deceptive scheme they're using here. The pictures of the place have very little, if at all, resemblance of the reality. My mother was sent here for a few weeks. And that's enough for me to never ever allow this to happen again. The facility is filthy. The staff are incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. My grandma needed a place to recuperate post surgery. At first, my family was so anxious placing her in a skilled nursing facility especially this pandemic, but we're so grateful that we found Arcadia Healthcare Center.
We appreciate all staff for all their hard work. We truly feel that grandma is in good care. Sometimes, we have some concerns but the social worker takes her time to address them as soon as possible. We can't wait for grandma to finally come home.

I have to say this place save my grandma's life. She had a fall and broke her hip and a friend of mine recommended this place to us. The staff and all the therapist here did a wonderful job on getting her back to mobility. This place is caring, understanding, clean and with Covid situation they kept her safe and cared about her well being since she is old. She received great care from the rehabilitation team and the staff kept me updated on her progress. I would recommend this place to all my families and friends.

This is among the worst convalescent/rehab center in the area. The five-star reviews are very questionable. The place is filthy. The staff are incompetent and reckless. The management is greedy and disorganized. Don't believe or trust anything referrals you may receive for this place. They are all in it for the money - your money! They would give high praises for this place, you'll find out for yourself a different, more disappointing experience. My mother's health was worsen when she was brought here. My dad stayed here for rehabilitation after hip fracture surgery. They've saved his life! They've monitored him closely and sent him to ER at the right time when he had infection. Ana (admission) nurse Donna, and Mai are truly compassionate. Mai went above and beyond to meet my dad health and comfort needs. The physical therapist (I forgot his name) did a great job, the Orthopedic doctor was very surprised how much my dad has improved! Like others reviews, there's lack of communication sometimes but I think they are just too busy!

I cannot recommend this facility for friends or family. They have told my family member to "be quiet". She has had a bladder infection for a week and it is finally being addressed with antibiotics as of today. It has taken a week. I have been requesting Azo for a week while waiting for their slow moving lab results and still nothing. The residents share three cell phones, how can that be safe during Covid? My grandfather was a great guy who alway's allowed to do thing's on his own.. Very independent man who never let anyone help him...He got sick and got water in his lung's when we found out we immediately started searching for places to where he can be in short term.. We started searching and found arcadia which had a few bad review's but the place looked beautiful... My father had a pretty bad fall at home in May and has been here after a week in Methodist hospital. He is 90 years old and needs a lot of physical therapy. We were lucky to check in when the new management took over. Everything has been upgraded or being upgraded as we speak. WiFi, new entertainment, new furniture, new bathroom, new paint ... Staff are very attentive and professional. Nurses, aids, therapists (physical, occupational and speech), social workers, activity coordinators... all work in a team and communicate with one another about my dad's progress and goal. Let me start by saying there's only a few good CNAs there that put the patients first. And there's a lot of lazy ones to. After a bed sore and falling out of the bed twice in the middle of the night and nobody seems to know why we pulled our family member out of that place. And the one Social worker who is more interested in how she looks in her unprofessional Nightclub attire instead of being an advocate for the patient . I strongly urge you to do your homework and find a better home.

This place is questionable with the exception of a few staff members. Unfortunately my grandmother is a long-term guest here. On more than 2 occasions it has been found that staff members will close the door to my grandmother's room and pull the curtains around her bed so that she cannot watch her Television that we pay for Direct TV service for her. In addition, a Filipino male staff member sits there and proceeds to his watch television shows. Now I don't care if this is during his break, he has NO RIGHT to keep my grandmother from watching her television. WE complained to the

My dad had been here since September, because Methodist Hospital recommended it for his recovery period. The nurses here schedule appointments for him to see specialists but only give family members a few days notice. They give me the same "the doctor says he needs to go right away" and expects us to drop everything
