Very disappointing. RN never showed us what we had to know... my husband was in the hospital for 23 days for cancer surgery. When he came home, he developed UTi sepsis under their tutelage. Warning signs of infection days before sepsis, but they never noticed. RN got angry at us! We finally found a company, not local, to use after my husband got out of the ICU for the Sepsis

After months of talking about the benefits of home assistance to my elderly mother we, finally, convinced her to give this a try. Last week we met with Nurse Diane for our first in home assessment. My mom, sister in law (who is a psychiatric NP), and myself were very welcoming and happy to begin this process when Diane arrived. We were all shocked at her aggressiveness and know it all attitude. She shoved papers in front of my mother and ordered her to sign them without any explanation! I come from a family of medical professionals and this was not only unprofessional but very off putting as there

My parents are so happy with dad's visiting nurse, Sandra, from Pasadena Home Healthcare. She's professional, caring, and listens to his war stories. He trusts and respects her, which is a big deal for a stubborn old guy like him. Dad refused to recent surgery despite the doctor's advice and urgent pleas from all of us, and only agreed after Sandra assured him that it would be the best course of action. He also really likes his PT and another staffer who helps with his bathing, i'll try to find their names.

We just had the R.N Diane come out to our home for my 84 year old aunt. She did not introduce herself to my mom nor aunt ( the pt.) and didn't even say hello. I felt like she didn't care and questioned why my mom ( who is ill herself) couldn't bathe my aunt. I told her we had arranged it from the hospital discharge. Not a very personable nurse and doesn't gives you the feeling that she is caring. Seems more like she is being bothered by coming out. We asked to switch her. Hopefully the LVN that is coming is better. Susie the coordinator is nice but seems like in a rush to get

We've used Pasadena Home Health during two different periods in the last year. The nurses that come by have always been great and very accomodating to my parents. My dad's physical and occupational therapists the first time were amazing. They got my dad up and moving and spent a good hour with him during each session. The PT and OT the second time around weren't as... dedicated. They would show up for about 15-20 minutes and leave.
The worst therapist was the speech therapist that we had both times, unfortunately. Kathy/Cathy was the worst therapist I had ever seen. She would make
