Leo was recommended by a friend of mine and I have to say I am impressed. Excellent job!!! Leo came on time, took the necessary time to inspect the house in buying and not just rushing. He was extremely diligent and explained everything in details to me and my husband. He cared and wanted to give me the honest opinion and inspection. He definitely will went far and beyond. Brandon performed our home inspection. We are first time home buyers and we were really nervous about the entire process. Brandon made the experience easy and spent a lot of time pointing out and explaining issues or potential issues in the home. He was knowledgeable and able to provide guidance on repair options and costs and/or resources where we could find estimates. We now have a better understanding of what repairs are imperative and at what price point before discussing with seller. The report was very detailed with lots of pictures.
