I contacted a few party bus/ limo companies before I settled on Big time. Sam did an amazing job working with our needs and helping us coordinate everything! We decided to use Big time limo on our last trip instead of driving to the airport the young lady who picked us up was very professional and the suv she picked us up in was clean and very comfortable. The deal was when we returned they would pick us up in a town car which was fine until we seen the car it was 19 years old paint on the car was very bad so we get in and the air conditioning doesn't really work my 75 year old mother and my wife were in the back seat roasting the driver blamed it on the Florida heat. I used Sam to drive us into a concert in Miami the other night and he was AWESOME. We just moved here, and I researched 10 limo companies before choosing Big Time Limo. Sam explained what the venue was like, appropriate dress, approximate length of concert, travel time and what we could bring in the car to eat and drink during the trip, I'm 68 years old and this was my first concert, and Sam made me feel very comfortable. My wife thought it was funny, me acting like a kid. Sam even played songs from the performer,we were going to see, on the way in.
