Jim and his wife Debbie were absolutely amazing! Everyone knows how stressful the wedding day can be, but our driver Jim arrived early, he was very professional and patient. We had lots of compliments, especially with the red carpet. He went above and beyond, including dressing in a Tux and providing drinks! I highly recommend J.L. Jones limousines, they exceeded our expectations! We did our research and it paid off because we had an unforgettable experience. I will definitely book for other events! Thank you again!

Jim was excellent from start to finish. We were in town for a bachelor party (14 guys) and wanted a convenient way for all of us to get in and out of town. Jim was able to provide such services and did so at the highest level. He was very responsive and professional during the planning process and made sure he had everything right with our itinerary. This limo company is the best ever, we used this company for our wedding on Saturday 21, 2019 at the beach, Jim the owner made myself the bride feel like I was royality. He went the extra mile to make everything perfect...red carpet, umbrella service from the sun to prepare for pictures...Jim made our travels from the hotel to the beach and a sweet tour by celebrities homes. This is an excellent Limo company, from ease of book to confirmation and service. I booked online, got a call for confirmation from a pleasant lady. I had to add an hour, no problem with them. The driver (Jim The Man) call me the day prior to confirm. He was prompt, courteous and kept us well inform with ETA. He dropped us close to the concert and stayed in touch for pick up location. He picked us up right next to the venue and drove us home safely. Very safe driver, we slept all the way back home. We'll hire again. Thanks Jim!

Can't believe there aren't any reviews of this company on yelp yet! I booked J.L. Jones for my wedding back in February after having a nightmare experience with another limo company that didn't book my reservation correctly. J.L. Jones came to the rescue for me. They were extremely professional, courteous and timely!!! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of transport. They have 5 stars with raving reviews on google so don't just take my word for it!

This is seriously THE BEST limo service ever. Jim and Deb are extremely kind, honest and dependable people. I am so happy they saved my wedding day! About a week before my wedding, I found out the vintage limo I was going to use (as a ride for both parties to and from venue and prop in my wedding) was not in service & they had to cancel on me. I had to call around one week before the wedding to find someone last minute. Deb answered the phone at 11pm - I thought I would get an answering machine for sure. She answered and was very so friendly and helpful. I told her my delimma and thank goodness
