Services
Our property management division, which has grown significantly over the years, has allowed our sales professionals to become experts when it comes to residential investment real estate. Due to our strong understanding of what it takes to maintain a profitable long-term investment, our agents can provide potential investors with a truly unique perspective.
Landview Properties holds a general contractors license while also having an in-house maintenance division. This unique aspect allows us to maintain properties at the highest value possible while at a minimum cost to our owners. Over time, we found that outside vendors were often too busy to complete small jobs in a timely manner.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
How will you handle property repairs as they arise and who will you trust to make the repairs? We will market your investment property in a variety of ways including: current posts on highly used internet sites, print ads, flyers, the MLS, and phone calls from interested tenants. We will prepare lease agreements and provide all Department of Real Estate regulated notices.

One of the worst property management companies available. Office staff is very rude and if you experience an issue outside of standard business hours, forget receiving any help for at least 24 to 48 hours. They have an "emergency" number although every time we have called it, our request has gone unanswered. I am currently writing this, going on 18 hours without a working toilet or bathtub, and this is now the third time for this particular issue. Renting this current property was fine until Landview took over.

Rented A Little House, Been there 13 Years. I Tore A Minus in My Knee, I Was Down 4 Months. Got Behind on Rent. Some Lady Started Working for Landview, Needed a Place to Live with her Daughter, Landview Took the Opportunity to Evict Me and Give My Home to there New Employee. First of All, I was Not Behind in Rent Enough to be Evicted, I Paid What I Could Each Week to Catch Up. Second: I Did Not Realize What Happened til I went to pick up My Mail and Found this Lady Living in My Home. Worst of All, Landview Got Rid of an Employee That was Retiring after Working for Many Years, With NO Retirement

This management company was rude and unprofessional. The property manager however was polite and professional.
My husband was inquiring about an a apartment that's was in the process of renovation. He had called Landview to let them know we submitted all documents and application. Over the next few weeks we called once or twice to follow up on a a date to view the apartment. On the last call my husband talked to Kathy, I could here her loud voice over the phone and it did not sound professional. She told him "we were not a priority and they had to process payment of rents at the moment

I unfortunately have to update my previous reviews. I moved out of one of Landview's properties back in June. In my opinion, they had always been fair before about refunding your security deposit if you clean your place up really well. And in a couple of my previous units, I actually updated the outside areas from what they were when I moved in (dirt and tall weeds). This last time I moved out, I spent HOURS cleaning. And I'm already OCD as it is. Even pulling nails out of the walls, cleaning baseboards, wiping down the inside of all cabinets...everything. And I've seen the condition

This is a long overdue review. I couldn't be more grateful for the team at Landview. When I landed my first big girl job, I had to move within commuting distance of my office quickly. I searched for days, and contacted Landview because they had a rental with one of the few reasonable prices I could find listed online. Robert took the liberty of showing me a different studio that was unlisted in a safer area, for a better rent price that was more appealing for a young woman living alone. I lived in this studio and it was immaculate with new appliances and amazing modern features...my rent was

This is by far the most horrific experiences I have ever encountered w a management company and apartment complex. After being a tenant for 3 months at Park wood place 1300 foothill blvd, glendora, ca 91741 managed by the awful Yolanda Trejo. I was served a 30 day notice to leave, and when I asked why I was told they didn't have to give me a reason since it was a month to month lease and they give these notices out all the time, and get people to rent from them so easily because its so cheap. From the moment I moved in my family and myself were harassed by the apartment manager Yolanda Trejo

These people are the rudest and most disrespectful people you will ever meet. They not only lack in communication but actually YELLED at my mother in law and myself because THEY didn't tell us a necessary piece of information in order for us to get our keys. As a first time renter, how the f*** am I supposed to know what to do? And I actually asked one of the managers this and his response was for me to grow up and be an adult. Right because me being an adult means that I automatically have information.
I stood there with almost $3000 ready to buy an apartment and they yelled at me and told
