In 1991 I started Frank Rizzi investments with a small group of real estate investors. Our goal was to purchase distressed commercial investments after the real estate bubble burst. After acquiring several assets, we found it difficult to get good results from property management companies. The buildings were plagued by high vacancy, low cash flows, problematic tenants, and outrageous maintenance costs.
Responsive Property Management, Inc. manages over 250 apartment units, 12 condo associations, nearly 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property, and 80+ single family homes. We are a member of NAR, IREM, CAR, West Covina Chamber of Commerce, and a Certified Property Manager candidate.
