Originally from NJ but herd good things about this place and decided to try it. The women who cut my hair was nice and did a good job on the cut. However, I showed her numerous pictures of how I would like my hair to be colored and im not happy with the results. I came out of the salon with two thick pieces of blonde bangs (I'm a brunette) when i made it clear i wanted blended brownish colored hair, similar to my natural color. I brought this to her attention and her response was "no this is perfect!". I did not ask for this kind of color/style and I am wishing she followed the pictures I showed

My first time at the salon and everyone was nice. I was assigned with Sasha. While she seemed to be taking her time to understand what I had in mind, at the end, she did with what she herself had in mind. I ended up with very dark hair that I did not want in the first place. She would advocate for the outcome as “dark hair is not boring” and “it is fall, and dark hair is appropriate”. I even showed her a picture that I liked, and she said she doesn’t like it. She seemed to be more interested in executing her own taste and opinion rather than listening to what the client is asking and

I have had my hair cut by John a few times now and I always leave feeling amazing. The first time, he did a great job with a cut and color that was exactly what I was looking for. Recently, I was just searching for a new look and needed something fresh that would gain me some confidence. I told him what I was thinking and some of my worries, and he knew exactly what to do. I trust him 100% and sure enough I absolutely love it! He is caring, professional, patient, and takes his time. Truly amazing!!!

I went 2 months ago to get my hair cut and dyed before my wedding. Big mistake. I booked an appointment online. I arrived early and they said their booking system didn’t have my appointment on record. I showed them my confirmation email and they apologized and said their booking system is prone to glitches. This wasn’t a big deal and i know these things happen so I wasn’t upset nor did I factor this into my star score for this review. I just got my haircut with Sean and he did such an amazing job! My hair was very dry and lifeless so I told him I wanted layers and he did exactly that and more! I didn’t even expect him to style my hair the way that he did so that was also a bonus. I also got so many compliments on my hair. I can’t wait to go back next week for a partial balayage and see what he does with my hair 😻 everyone was also very kind. Thank you so much Sean!
