Many of my patients who work as executives and need to speak in front of large crowds, get cold feet right before the event. The symptoms range from pounding heartbeat and breaking into sweat to feeling woozy and unable to focus. I often get asked questions about sex issues and concerns by my patients, so here I tried to put together common Q & A which could help with some of your own curiosities or difficulties.
The Ayurvedic healing system is almost 5,000 years old. The philosophy underlying Ayurveda is very similar to the philosophy of Chinese Traditional Medicine. It envisions the body as a seat of great intelligence and explores the principles of maintaining energetic balance within our cells. In my practice, I often offer Ayurvedic assessment and recommendations, if the patient is interested.
I believe that we are beings of energy. On the smaller-than-microscopic level we all consist of particles that vibrate. Different organs and sets of cells, such as immune cells, are vibrating at their unique and particular range of frequencies. The body is generating electromagnetic and other fields around itself, some of which are commonly called aura and others are called biofields.
What happens to most people suffering from mind-body disorders, like panic attacks for example? They go to see a therapist or a psychiatrist and engage in talk therapy, and/or receive a prescription for a sedating medication. The talk therapy falls into one of the three most common branches of psychotherapy: cognitive, behavioral, or psychoanalysis.
If you are like hundreds of thousands of other Americans, chances are you have experienced Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or a similar variant at some point in your life.
A definition of CFS was adopted in 1988 which restricted the diagnosis to those who could demonstrated at least 6 of the following 11 symptoms: mild fever or chills, sore throat, painful lymph nodes, muscular discomfort, prolonged fatigue, headaches, diffuse joint aches without swelling or redness, neuropsychological complaints (forgetfulness, excessive irritability, confusion, inability to concentrate, depression), sleep disturbance, general muscle weakness, and sudden onset of symptoms.

They seem great but not...I know people misdiagnosed here who had serious issues after. Office staff is unprofessional . I had issues with insurance where they made mistakes and refused to recode their errors. Asked Dr Kogan to call me to discuss and was told she would not call me . Rude staff. Incompetent doctor in my opinion who pretends to be holistic. Maybe she should have called back and we could have solved this. I would urge Trump Place residents to go elsewhere for proper care and professionalism !!
