I paid $670 for what I expected to be a top quality detailing in preparation for a sale. I'm ok spending the money if the workmanship is good. But this was slapdash and sloppy. The work was completed far quicker than I expected. Again, fine if the quality is good, but this was not. There was sections of the floor that were covered in dirt. The interior of the rear windows were caked in dirt. There was dust lining ledges. And to top it off, Alex broke the windscreen wiper fluid hose. Meaning I had to make a trip for parts out to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip) and replace it myself. Alex never

After our first appointment was cancelled after the scheduled time, the rescheduled appointment, twenty minutes after the appointment time we had to call three numbers, get hung up on once, and finally were told "we had difficulties" Just ended up cancelling. We had to re-work our schedule twice, and they couldn't even call. Unprofessional, no respect for the time and needs of their customers.

After having an appointment for 2 weeks and hour after scheduled appointment time this drunk guys calls to reschedule my appointment. I could hear he was drunk slurry word pattern I was like what the heck??? Don’t use this guy basically no call no show.

Top Notch! And great customer service! I really appreciate Alex service and his team. I step outside to see what they have done and the first thing come to mind was "THIS IS SHOWROOM, ALL OUT"! I'm so happy with the detail and deal I got form the company. I wanted a good waxing and interior cleaning for my truck, the interior was a huge mess after a long road trip with my family and dog, it had a lot of dog hair and food spilled and a coffee stain from my wife spilling a full cup of Starbucks... SMH.... anyway the stain came completely out and it looks like i never had my kids or dog in it at all, I would give 10 stars except I can't thank you Alex I will be calling you again in the near future.

Disappointed with the job. Wish I had taken my business and my $225 elsewhere.
After the first time several places in the car was untouched. Seemed like they just vacuumed and washed out the mats. I called and he said he would come out and make it right.
After 15 min of work the second time I’m still disappointed. I guess I was expecting the job to be done as specified on his website. Nope. None of these things were not done as outlined below. And that’s why I paid to have it done. As a private consumer I don’t have the tools to do this:
⦁ Use Cyclo floor scrubber to deep clean and rejuvenate

Scheduled with Alex and was friendly on the phone. I detailed cars for years when I was in college so I know the business. He originally quoted $275.00 for my 2019 Ford platinum f350 which is standard for that size. He didn't even show up for appointment but some lady did. He calls me hour into appointment saying it has tons of water spots and he was on his way over to look.
I get there and proceeds to show me. I wasn't concerned because he was buffing paint anyways. He says that no way buffing would take a minor water spot out and he had to use a water spot removal which was a extra

Spoke with someone on the phone a few days ago and made an appointment. He said he would confirm it as soon as I sent him an address and an email. I did that but never heard back from him with the confirmation.
Texted him that night and asked if the appointment was still going to occur. He answered with an abrupt response of "yes".
The morning of the appointment he never showed up, never called, never texted.
I understand things happen. But when you arrange your schedule to give a guy a job, common courtesy dictates communication.

A long overdue revision. Shortly after posting my original review, I was finally able to schedule my car detailing with HD Mobile Detailing. They did a good job and a was completely satisfied with the detailing job.

Buyer Beware -- I bought a LivingSocial voucher to have my car detailed. 6 months later, 3 no-shows for appointments they scheduled with me, and a multitude of calls not returned (even when I have spoken with someone), I still have not gotten any service from them.
They get a single star only because it is required.

I've had 2 experiences with Alex at HD Mobile Detailing: one to detail my car and the other to do an interior and exterior wash. Both were stellar experiences. He has an upbeat attitude and goes the extra mile. After my car was only washed, it looked like it had been detailed. Very pleased and will definitely call - and ask for him! - again!
