I have to admit that a majority of the staff are wonderful. However, it’s mostly the business side that makes the whole process frustrating. I never get a response to messages or emails. Except for Esmerelda (she’s amazing at her job)
The only response I seem to get is “we’ll look into it and get back to you. It’s very frustrating to see your parent literally withering away and having to deal with worrying all the time does not help the situation. No matter who I reach out to, I just end up circling back to where I started.

My mother was transferred here after a truly terrible experience at complete care and the difference was like night and day. The nurses were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The visitation policy was reasonable. The food was good. The building is well maintained. The staff were always helpful in answering my questions. They really went the extra mile for us. There is a reason this place is so hard to get into. If you can manage it, this facility should be your first choice.

Let me just say as I am a homehealth care provider for y’all, I have experienced such ridiculous and rude poor management and communication with this company period... And yet I am one person that loves all and every single one of my patients/clients I have cared for and had to privilege gaining that bond with. I have done homecare all my life and… I figured going to a agency would be great n wonderful and coming to u guys I was welcomed in with opened hands and arms and absolutely loved where I started n how things were but now its gone down hill so bad... My granddad came here for rehab after a major heart surgery and they did such a fantastic job that he was sad to go home! My grandmother lived here but recently passed away of a combination of things. The employees did a great job in every aspect. On multiple occasions when I came to visit I would see employees spending extra time with her to look after her, after their shifts ended. That is dedication and that is love. Thank you Sagepoint!

My grandmother died here from Covid-19. They told us she was positive on 4/10 and for 7 days straight (daily updates) told us the only symptom she had was a low grade fever. The 8th day they tell us her oxygen… level is tanking and she passes away early in the morning 9 days after her confirmed illness. No one just gets that bad all of a sudden. Also, your doors were closed to visits more than a month before she was diagnosed? The only way this could’ve gotten in was from a lack of PPE. I’ll never ever put any of my relatives in a home, nor will I ever recommend this facility

The caring and loving staff mean the most to my hubby and I. My dad isn't one of the easiest people to get along with but this staff won him over. The staff always has him up, clean and mobile. There are never any bedsores and the facility is always clean and no odors. Even going through these tough times right now, I know my dad is in good hands. They have his best interest at heart.

My mom was a patient there for physical rehab. When we had to choose a facility for my mom, we were worried that we could not be with her the way we wanted to be because so many other facilities were horrible. When we toured Sagepoint, we were still hesitant, but decided to go with Sagepoint and it was a good decision. If other nursing homes could be like Sagepoint, the world would be a better place.

When my mother became a resident, they were Charles County Nursing & Rehabilitation...she been there for 6 years. Everyone is family, right to the 3 receptionist. I can say with no hesitation that I love the care she receives daily. To this home... thank you for caring for my Mom. I visit at least twice a week and Mommy is always happy. Thank you.

Excellent facility for Adult Day Care. My daughter with Down Syndrome, Autism and Pervasive Development Disorder who also had a heart condition attends and loves it! Professionally certified and trained staff. Well managed and no comparison to others nearby! Sage Point gets five stars from us! Spring Dell Adult Day Care was terrible. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff. Spring Dell gets ZERO stars and Sage Point gets FIVE STARS!
