Had issues with drive originally, Troy and Dan worked hard to come up with the right solution. Not an easy decision, but made an aggressive one and replaced newly laid driveway with another one to correct issues. Unheard of in most any business. They were responsive to come up with a resolution. Thanks Merit!

Bad service iwish there is zero star they deserve it for there poor service,we signed the paper on September 11 last year to patch the front of the garage and seal the driveway, they came and patch the front of the garage and cracked the edge of newly poured concrete throw the extra asphalt on the grass then we waited for them to finish the sealing they call me on October 7 and she said they are done for the season,icall them on April this year to see when they are coming she told me they will call me on June to schedule a date for sealing,irecieved amissed call from there phone number on June

We called Merit Asphalt in June 2018 to ask about a couple of repairs/cracks in our asphalt driveway (400 ft long driveway). They had resealed our driveway in the fall of 2017. The representative from Merit responded within a week's time offering not just to repair the cracks, but offered to reseal the entire driveway! We were so thrilled because we NEVER receive this type of "GREAT" customer service...This is unheard of, and we thanked them profusely.

Just a heads up that I tried to get a quote for a couple of driveway seal coatings using their web form and never heard from them. Gave it a week and called but the office was closed for the day and the next day I received a return call from other asphalt companies so I went with someone else. Although I appreciate the use of technology to make it easier for prospective customers like me it better work. If you aren't sophisticated enough procedurally or technologically to use new technology stay with what works for you.
