Services
In 2018, we had Suburban Asphalt rebuild a large surface lot of over 400 spaces along with much needed concrete work. It had to be done in phases as our lot is always full. Suburban was able to perform this in phases and did a fantastic job, thanks to all the detailed preparation they had done prior to commencement.
Suburban Asphalt continues to support the Elm Grove Junior Guild's 50th Tree of Giving Gala. The Elm Grove Junior Guild is a community of women committed to the education, wellness and protection of women and children within and beyond our community. Their commitment takes the form of service, awareness and financial support.
We patch potholes: We're ready to help eliminate liabilities by filling these pesky areas even in the dead of winter. We fix catch basins: The areas where water is collected in a parking lot can be considered the most important. If a catch basin is cracked on the inside, it can cause the surrounding asphalt to fail.

We received a mailer that is was time for our driveway to be sealcoated. It came addressed to the previous owner that had been using Suburban Asphalt. I called them to get something scheduled so we can keep up with maintaining our driveway. When I called to set up an appointment the associate told me she could not schedule anything or take payment over the phone. I had to go online to the website and pay in full before they would schedule something. I was reluctant to do that as I have never had to pay in full for a service I have not received but I obliged. That was 5/14/2021 for $532.00

These people are so good at asphalt maintenance and so affordable you should look nowhere else. We hired them to restore our 100-foot long driveway that was filled with reflection cracks, missing pavement and weeds and they did a beautiful job. Looks brand new, and they were in and out in an hour. Hire with confidence!

Hello, I would not recommend this company and here is the reason why. My husband and I live in a condo in Pewaukee. Our Condo Association had the parking lot repaved around May 29, 2020. We were told to take our vehicles from our underground garage parking lot and park them on the outside parking lot; which was newly repaved, so the underground parking lot could be cleaned. We did that. The cleaning was done on June 4, 2020. My husband parked his motor scooter overnight, as was requested; but didn’t realize it made two little holes in the new pavement, he felt bad about that. We received a very

I'm trying to find a company that will reseal or replace my asphalt driveway. Angie's List is no help. No one will return calls or emails. My neighbor had his driveway done by Suburban Asphalt and it looks good. I called the company and was told that I just had to go to the website and give my information. They couldn't just take my name and address over the phone? Within an hour or so I had an email back saying they couldn't help me at this time. No explanation. I submitted an online request for a quote on August 11 to pave an asphalt driveway. I was not requesting immediate work and gave a variety of times I was looking to have the work done as much as 9 months out (plenty of lead time). As of August 19, I had yet to hear from the company via phone or email. I sent an email to Jackie, who is listed as a manager on their website. Jackie replied the next day, apologizing for the lack of response, gave me the name of a salesman, and stated that was the "person to help me out." Needed a new approach for my driveway and this place was highly recommended. A crew came out today and did a phenomenal job at redoing the approach. I'm sure it was a small job for them, but they were meticulous in everything they did. From removing the old surface to cleaning up afterwards, everything was first class.
