Called to set up an appointment for a consultation. Tracy actually answered the phone, so I was able to speak with her.
Instead of listening to what I was trying to explain, she rudely interrupted me several times, stating things that she had no idea what she was saying and had nothing to do with my case. I then asked her a question and she rudely said, “I gotta go.” And hung up on me. I need an attorney that is willing to be patient and listen before stating things that are not correct. Very unprofessional and RUDE!

Tracey helped me with a landlord tenant issue and handled the matter with great professionalism and speed. She was very thorough and kept me informed of each step along the way.
