Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Resident of 10 months Staff:-Muhammad’s group of employees were awesome. This new set of staff is great as well. Since they’ve came the good deeds from them. Office passed out popsicles at front office and had door contest for nov and Dec holiday you will win a free a carpet shampoo for your apartment. The whole office staff use to do exercise and walk around the complex in the afternoon when I do my run. Don’t see them doing it now guess it’s a bit cold to walk cute.The guy who’s been working maintenance like forever is awesome. You always see him taking pride in his work. Rent rate

My name is Eshawna Coleman and if I had to rate the staff on their phone customer service, I would give every one five stars . I called twice in one week and spoke with two staff members if I recall their names were Ms Paula and Omaria or Amaria excuse myself if I get the name wrong but both staff gave outstanding information and I could hear the professionals through the phone both staff actual took the time to listen to all questions and concerns that I was unsure about housing.The phone service customer services was not rude it was so helpful and professional that the employees could’ve been

I want to move here later this year but I never get a response, a returned phone call, and I even went up there and they told me they weren't sure when any apartments would be available around the time I wanted to move without even checking. I didn't even get a tour. The place looks very nice to the point where I want to call it my home.

Landscaping needs much improvement. These are weeds in the first two photos and very unattractive. The last two photos are suggestions of what you can do to make those improvements. No need to contact you directly, you can see from the posted photos that these are nothing but weeds. Not very appealing at all.

The staff at Woodlands are so Professional. I call them the dream team, for they get the job done. Very Professional! PATIENT!!! Helpful!!!. Mr. Muhammad has a positive attitude and he is very Enthusiastic!! He's always Professional and his Presentation is phenomenal, the way he carries himself. Ms. Paula steps in whenever and help out ,regardless if you're her customer or not. I really appreciate the Dream Team for being patient with me!!! Thank you guys so much. Being nice and friendly doesn't cost a thing!!! Thanks again!!!
