Kevin, the owner of Roosevelt Automotive is the most honest, trustworthy, professional and compassionate person in the business; as well as all of his employees.
Years ago (Craig) a former Roosevelt Automotive employee referred Kevin and his skilled mechanics to my mother (Gerri) to keep her Buick LaSabre in top mechanical condition.
For years Kevin did just that, always giving her a truthful appraisal of needed repairs and straightforward advice of unessential maintenance.
His rates were always fair and very reasonable; unlike some unscrupulous dishonest garages or unprincipled auto dealerships

My mechanic retired and I was in search of a new mechanic. I have a diesel and if you know anything about diesels they are not like basic gas vehicles. Few mechanics work on them and they are very expensive to fix. I heard about Roosevelt from a few friends and decided to bring my truck in. I spoke with the owner and told him my issue and what I thought it was. I also told him we were headed out for our annual family vacation in which I needed my truck by Friday. These guys are polite, honest and do great work! I have trusted them with my 2012 Ram; 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle converable; and my 1964 Impala. They are busy so you need to be flexible with time but your vehicles will work like they should when they are done making the repair. Tell them Dan with the 1970 Chevelle sent ya!

These guys are great! Fair pricing for excellent work. I especially love supporting the local guys vs. the dealerships. I have an older car and their services and attention to detail are a big part of keeping it running well. Always informative and respectful. They have a very clean waiting area (and I especially appreciate how clean they keep the restroom!) and wifi so I’m able to work while getting an oil change. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and work!

This is the place our whole family goes to get our rigs fixed when they're not working right. Any place can hook your vehicle up to a code reader and throw Parts at the problem, that gets expensive and rarely do you find the actual cause of the problem that way, Roosevelt Automotive saves US money because they are honest and always find the problem and fix it. Here's my first experience at Roosevelt Auto Repair. First of all, I wanted to say how appreciative I am of Kevin, the owner (I believe) of the shop. Though the work I requested was just a simple brake job, he was very informative about the state of my brakes. He then gave me his professional opinion about what my options were and had them fixed later that day. I found it refreshing that he was honest in his communication and I never felt uncomfortable when discussing the work to be done. End of July and we were hauling our 5th wheel up to Mt. Rainier on a Friday afternoon. About 6 miles up Hwy 410, just outside of Enumclaw and out of cell sevice, our truck started shaking violently any time we pressed on the gas. We pulled over, checked out the truck and established that the only way we could fix the thing was to head back to town and have it looked at. We unhitched our trailer, loaded up our 2 dogs (one of whom is nearly 100 pounds) and packed them in to the backseat with our 3 boys...who by this point had already started to complain pretty good.
