Seth has been in the automotive industry for 20 years, working as General Manager at Jiffy Lube for 13 years, as well as places like Pep Boys and Precision Tune. James is the son of Ed Quinn, owner of Ernie's Automotive. James started as Service Advisor in April of 2021.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Ernie's Automotive
1992 Chev Silverado
New Rear Brake Drums were advised due to corrosion from leaking brake fluid (SCAM).
The left rear brake overheated and warped during 1st drive from Ernie's Automotive.
This facility stated the LR Brakes were then replaced under warranty, and truck is ready.
Again, LR Brake is smoking and pulsating. Ernie's makes adjustment and returns vehicle with pulsing brakes but operational.
A 3rd party. Technician months later diagnosed truck with dangerously excessive play in the LR brake linkage and adjusted properly.

**** 11/3/21 I had a heater hose bust on me while I was out looking at Halloween decorations. Dropped my car off this morning and picked it up this afternoon, which is great because I'm starting a new job! These guys went above and beyond for me!! Thank you very much to the crew and owner of Ernie's!!
They took care of what I asked them to inspect and repair and also let me know of a couple other things that needed attention. They got all the work done in a timely manner and kept me updated. Will definitely be my regular maintenance shop!

I took my car here for what should have been a quick fix. They overcharged me and double charged me for services and parts. I was charged for a service I did not receive. They gave me back my car in worst condition then when I brought it in and told me that my car was unsafe to drive. They ruined the alignment in my car that was not a problem when I brought it in and never fixed it. The technicians are incompetent and could not identify the issue until two weeks later and $5k later. I requested to speak to the manager and will be going back to do so with another mechanic to complain about the awful

James was very communicative through all my questions. This time they changed my oil and the back wiper blade. I’ve taken my car here for 2 years from oil changes, brakes, service needs. We have always felt they delivered as promised, with reasonable price, and I felt expert care and quality.

They said I needed a new lift for my truck. They didn't know I run a service garage for heavy equipment, I showed him it only needed a few small pins replaced and gave him the part number. He got so embarrassed he said he would not do it. Lmao. Brakes and oil changes only and I wouldn't trust them.
Garage down the street did it for 250$
Update 8.17 wow the response is BS as well. True the alignment shop didn't do it. They are tires and alignment only. Don't trust these guys. Rip off shop

Friendly enough people, but they took their sweet time and heavily overcharged me. I went in with a very specific problem and asked them to fix it. Many hours after dropping my car off they gave me a long list of things they think I should get repaired and didn't really address the problem I brought my vehicle into the shop for. I told them no to their long list and to just focus on the main problem. I had already consulted two other mechanics so I knew the repair should not take more than an hour or two and the part itself is about $100. TWO DAYS later they give me a bill for over $700. Absolutely

Our car started overheating, so we checked the coolant and it was low. We get regular tune-ups and oil changes and watch our fluids, so this was somewhat of a surprise. After filling up on coolant a couple of times, we decided to take our car to Ernie's Automotive. We called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday. Within a couple hours of dropping our car off we had an email with pictures and diagnostics for our vehicle. By the end of the day, we had our car back with a new radiator and a price that was on the medium-low end of our pricing research. The service was fantastic. They're taking
