At Me by Michelle, we offer a range of services to help our patients feel beautiful and obtain their ideal cosmetic goals. Our services include permanent makeup, lash extensions, injectables, fillers, laser treatments, and various skin rejuvenation treatments. All of these treatments can be customized to fit your individual concerns and desired results.
Michelle Cesena is owner and operator of Me by Michelle (MBM). With over 21 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Aesthetician and trusted skin care expert she has worked with the top cosmetic surgeons in the field. Among her achievements, in 2011 Michelle was awarded The Presidential Award from the American Academy of Micropigmentation.
The lash extension application can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the fullness of your natural lashes. The normal human eye has 150-200 lashes per eye. Volume lashes take twice as long to apply. The more lashes that you have, the more extensions we can apply! This is a meticulous procedure that requires patience and concentration.
Me by Michelle is currently located at Lewis Andres Plastic Surgery office in Scottsdale, AZ. Dr. Lewis Albert Andres is a board certified plastic surgeon through the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Andres is also Chair of Plastic Surgery for Shea Medical Center and Assistant Clinical Professor for U of A medical students.

I have been seeing Michelle for many years. Recently she did my eyebrows and I was so worried it would not look natural because I don't use much makeup and hardly ever pencil them in. She did a few of my friends and they came out looking so great I decided to take the plunge. I am so happy I did, between my eyelash extensions and microblading I get ready in half the time and I actually look good when I wake up in the morning!
I'll be 50 this year and no one ever believes me when I tell them that. I think it's all the great advice and care Michelle has given me, she is just amazing. Great skincare

I have been going to Michelle for 5years now. I have had her do everything thing from facials to fillers extra. I have been thrilled with my results. Recently I took my mother into see Michelle.
