Person who came to our house was rude. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by using his services. He quoted us $400 to fix our dryer and began lecturing us because we had dogs. It will cost you $98 just for him to come out and look at your dryer. I do NOT recommend this place. We chose to buy new rather than deal with him again.
