I used them to repair a dryer in 2018. I called to have them look at my washer and after speaking with them, they provided me the best information possible. They didn't just try to make money and that's what I appreciate the most. They provided an estimate and suggested (I agreed) that it might be better to purchase a new washer. GREAT JOB! Our washing machine recently had a few problems. We needed someone that would give an honest assessment on repairing or replacing. Nick was fast, efficient, and really hit it out of the park with the customer service, knowledge, pricing, and the repair. Not for a moment, did I think he was trying to run up the bill.
