The Francis Fleecs auction was the strangest online auction I have seen. Normally on online auctions the bids come up for bid in the order numbered so you have an approximate idea when the lots are coming up for bid. Everything was totally random. For instance lot #203 might be up for bid first and lot #1 might be the last lot bid on. Strange!

I have had a horrible experience with Gateway Realty of North Platte Nebraska. I purchased a home through Gateway Realty, and my first mortgage payment wasn't even due yet when my neighbor came over to my house and told me he had a water leak in his yard. He said he had two water service curb stops in his yard and he believed one of these was for my water service and he was going to call the City and find out. So after the City looked at it and told me it was my leak I was given a 30 day notice to have it repaired and inspected, failure to do so could result in termination of my water service
