I've been coming to Luxe Beauty Salon a handful of times since moving to Vegas earlier this year. I just want to say they're AWESOME!
I messaged Eduardo (Friday night) with a "color gone wrong" situation (due to some unforeseen events). I explained my situation and Eduardo (even with a FULL SCHEDULE) said he'd squeeze me so I didn't have to be unhappy with my current hair color longer than I had to. I look in the mirror and still upset with my haircut from less than 2 weeks ago. I think the girl that did my hair was new and it's also my fault because I'm newer to Vegas and decided to book through Yelp!!
I'm used to spending $200-$500 with experienced individuals but I travel so much and needed to refresh my ends. If you book here, make sure to take a little extra time to research whom you'll be with before confirming.

Not sure who I spoke with on the phone but asked for a haircut appointment today and I was confirmed for 3:15pm. Showed up and nobody knew what I was talking about and apparently who I spoke with scheduled me for tomorrow. Was excited for my appointment and moved time out of my day to be here whoever spoke with me upfront was short and rude. do not recommend

I got my hair done a few days ago and Eduardo did an amazing job with my hair! He was very informative of what he thinks would be best for my hair and in the end it turned out amazing! Highly recommend this salon!
EDIT: update I don't know if I am not using the right method of contact but Eduardo never gets back to me. I have asked for the past week when I can get scheduled. And he responds but never gets back to me. Kinda frustrating. Still love my hair but poor communication.

I wanted to surprise my friend during our Las Vegas trip with a shampoo, cut, and style as she does not regularly pamper herself. Made an appointment with Cassandra W. and she was excellent! My friend has A LOT of hair and Cassandra didn't shy away from helping my friend out! The location is easy to find and the salon is extremely clean. Good vibes and great music! I definitely recommend having a spa day away from the Strip. This salon offers a variety of services!

I had one hairstylist that I liked who moved away unfortunately leaving me to find a new stylist. I have never been to this salon before, and I am very picky as I have very bright blue hair to maintain and stylist usually leave my roots orange. But not Sisley! I left a very happy customer, with very white roots to dye my blue over. I will be a repeated customer permanently for Sisley. She was very professional but also very funny, can hold great conversations and is a very knowledgeable hairstylist and I was very lucky to find her! I would not recommend this salon. I showed the stylist the picture of the red and black hair and asked if she was able to do that color and she said yes. As you can in my hair is not red and black but more of black and purple/violet. I will now have to pay to have my hair bleached to get the purple out and have it recolored.
Update: After posting this review Sean messaged me offering a free color correction consult and a free color correction service with Eduardo. Before I even walked in the door he knew exactly what I wanted and what needed to be done! He was able to completely change my hair

I had a great experience at Luxe this evening! I have an event coming up tomorrow, and realized that quarantine and lockdown have really gotten the best of my hair. My typical hairstylist is about 1,500 miles away in Illinois and travel isn't exactly feasible right now. So, I called around to a few salons in my area. Some had outrageous prices and others were booked and a few were kind of rude. I was about to give up on my haircut dreams when I called Luxe.
