Our interior unit was leaking water all over our basement. Initially I called a 24-hour business that said they'd send my information to a dispatcher and they'd send someone out. I never heard back.
Early the next morning I called halls and someone came out within a few hours. In just 20-30 minutes, they diagnosed the problem (a clog of wire nuts and screws from the last person who tried to service it), fixed it, and then set it up so that should the problem occur for any reason in the future, I would be able to handle it myself.
They're knowledgeable and provide good service

After suffering damage from a falling Tree , they replaced entire HVAC system, outside and inside (unit too old for any retrofit of outside unit) for reasonable price and gave me many options for installation date, all w/ in a week of incident. Very Happy w/ new system

This is local, family-owned business at its best! We contracted with this company a number of times over the three years we have owned our home in So. MD -- trying to squeak out a few more years out of our old, original-to-our-house, HVAC units. They worked with us for as long as the larger unit held out. Finally, we decided to replace our two HVAC units with size-appropriate units for our house (we had finished our basement, increased square footage). This company did everything right -- from a tailored quote on recommended options to owner presence and experienced professional installation
