Kellie offers one-on-one nutrition therapy and education. Sessions, lasting 30-60 minutes, are individualized and tailored to each client's nutritional goals, needs and lifestyle. Weekly nutrition groups offer clients additional support around their nutrition goals. Groups are offered on a weekly basis and coordinated every other week with a therapist to provide a multidisciplinary approach.
Adults ages 20 and up who struggle with emotional eating and binge eating. Nutrition topics include: challenge foods, intuitive exercise, mindful eating, and grocery shopping/meal planning. Teens ages 13-18 interested in learning more about nutrition, health, exercise, and body. Nutrition topics include: carbs, proteins, fats, easy healthy snacks and meals, nutrition myths and truths, fad diets, and exercise.
