Purchased our first REI in Pitt. PA in July of last year, and hired GPRES to do the PM, since then we have added 3 more properties to the portfolio and GPRES is managing every one. We needed to have some work done on a few properties and being an out of town investor I relied on Sadie and Nikky from GPRES and they did not disappoint, they were on top of it ever step of the way and the work was completed quickly and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a PM to manage your investments, I wouldn't look any further, GPRES is the company to use.

I have rented with GPRES for the past year and only have good things to say. They made renting very easy as a first time tenant. Their online access to paying rent and making service requests is simple and efficient. Anyone in management I spoke to was respectful and kind!
For example, I had a water tank go bad. I put a service ticket in that day (online). The next day the tank was replaced. Sad to say that most rental companies are not this quick or caring but they get things done!

I have a rental property, which is a townhouse in a good school district, with GPRES since 2018. GPRES provides good and efficient work for property management. My property is well advertised and rented out with qualified tenants quickly for two years. Property Owners - DO NOT use this company for property management! Using them as your property management company requires more time than managing it yourself. I was fooled by the couple positive reviews they have and made a huge mistake that cost me significant time, money, and unnecessary stress. They are very responsive at the beginning when they are getting you to sign the contract. Once they actually start managing the property they become profoundly opaque, unresponsive, and painful to work with.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time living in a GPRES rental property. While we had a few issues with our heating system, the maintenance team was typically prompt in coming to take care of the issue. They were also understanding about the inconvenience it caused for us and agreed to not raise our rent the second year because of it. They also allowed us to provide our own lawn maintenance in exchange for some money off the rent, and let us have a dog with no size restrictions or additional monthly rent. We would definitely recommend them as landlords!

GPRES makes renting easy. Rent and Service Requests are online and straight forward. From finding the house on their site to signing our lease, Ashley Yorio was an extreme help. She responded fast to our inquiry and helped the process move forward with ease - extremely personable and knowledgeable. If she did not know something, she wasn't afraid to say so and would follow up with you when she did. She continues to help if we have any questions and is always pleasant and prompt. She also did an extremely detailed initial inspection so we all were on the same page with the state of the house.

I moved into a house that was filled with spider webs, broken steps to the porch, overgrown lawn, previous tenants belongings left everywhere, dust, overflowing trashcans, and the list goes on. It was the most disgusting place I had ever seen. Throughout the year, they were very hard to contact to make repairs to the home (which they should have done before I even moved in).

I personally worked with Jeff on my rental for 2019, I have to say that his professionalism, willingness to work with me on some personal situations, his punctuality, his knowledge, and overall hospitality sets him far above any realtor that I’ve ever worked with! Irene Hill has been absolutely wonderful. She’s the agent I’ve been working with from starting the process to moving. Questions - she answers immediately.
