Great work on my vehicle employees not to friendly seemed like they didn't want to be there

This was the worst service ever. The interior is still dirty. They didn't even clean the console. The back is still full of sand and windows dirty. I waited 20 minutes trying to pay and get my keys back. Couldn't get anyone to come inside to take my money. $32 spent for nothing because my car is still dirty.
Wish I could give this place a Zero.

I’ve gone here plenty of times since sparkle car wash isn’t open and they ALWAYS forget to do my cup holders and this time I went I was the first customer granted it’s better then it was but I gave a low score cuz they missed wiping down where the window switches on doors and part of middle console and side of seat I don’t mind waiting for y’all to do a through job..I won’t be back! I did tip the guy $5 only cuz I didn’t notice it till after I left.

I visited this place and tried to understand why they skipped me and catered to the guy behind me. On top of that, they consistently looked my way, but never told me why they didn't want to service my car. I was totally ignored. I was ready to ask them if they could detail my car, but not one of the four guys came my way. Was I suppose to make an appt.? There was no sign saying that. Did I have the wrong type of car? Was it because I was a woman? Or was it because I'm Latin? I don't know. They never confirmed why they refused me. A half hour wasted & I left so disappointed

Expensive, 22 dollars for a car wash and vacuum. Maybe I'm cheap and like to do things myself but there are other options here for half the money with free vacuum and stuff.

Love this place! They have great prices for a good thorough car wash. Also they carry some neat accessories both for the car and personal items.

Arrived at 10:30am for a car wash. There was 8 cars ahead of me including mine. Waited over 2 hours and my car was finally washed, not even finished! No armor all on the dash. I get it was busy but it shouldn’t take 2 hours. Also over priced. Never again!

I was very happy with the service I received today. Only one bad service job in all the years I have been going there. I do wish you could add a tip on when paying with credit /debit card. Alot of people like me don't carry cash so there's no way to tip the guy who did your car.

Extremely expensive services that do you not measure up necessarily with other detailers. If you have money to blow, go for it.

I've always been pleased with Beach Buffers and think they do a really good job for the money. Yesterday I was there for an ordinary wash and planned to go to the gas station when I was finished to put air in my tires. A recent cold snap had them under pressure and my dash warning light was coming on.
When I got into my car after it was finished, Voila!, the techs had topped off my tires for me...without being asked. I never said a word. They just saw a problem and took care of it... on their own. The owners (who are great, btw) were not present. This was the crew taking the initiative.

This wash does a very good job on the wash portion. Couple issues, Customer Service is a little lacking. Not the friendliest crew. Second issue is how long it takes. Can be anywhere from 30 min to 60 min or longer. I'm just getting a car wash. I would come here more often as a local for 15 years if this wasn't an issue. Clearly understaffed, like most companies here in MB. But ownership should be involved.

Absolutely horrendous, terrible customer service. Very rude employees and took over an hour and forty-five minutes to get a simple car wash. In my 22 years of living I have never visited such a poorly managed "business" save your money and time and go 5 minutes up the road to another car wash. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic service! Come here at least once a month and recommend all friends and family to swing by. Hard working staff and very clean environment. Job well done.

This is by far the best car wash I have ever been to. I would rather drive eight hours from Maryland to have them clean my car then waste money at the car washes near my house. They definitely scrub the car and get every nook and cranny. It is definitely worth the cost

Wonderful job! They take their time preparing your vehicle "car dealership clean". Kick back your feet, and even bring a quick meal to enjoy while they prepare your vehicle. We didn't wait too long on our vehicle and came on a Sunday. To our surprise they were open until 4:30pm. They have many car fresheners and accessories available inside as well which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great experience! We paid 23.99 after taxes, they had cheaper options but our vehicle needed the extra attention.

The BEST car wash ever! Drove in from Jersey and needed my Jeep washed. Couldn't say enough great things about this place! For a 21.99 wash, they washed and scrubbed every inch of my car! It looks and smells amazing! Very conscientious employees who takes a lot of pride in their job. Thank you guys for your hard work! Will be back the next time we're in town!

Had a horrible experience today at the car wash. Just got a wash - other options ridiculously overpriced. Waited about 40 minutes. Water running down my car. I had to dry parts myself as man who washed car quickly accepted tip and left before I examined the car. There was a white mark on my back gate that I know I had never seen as I have ocd. Female owner rude just telling me that a wash wouldn't produce the scrap. Never go back.

I've been bringing my vehicle here for years. First my Volvo never looked better, sold that now my wrangler looks better now than when I first bought it brand new. It's black wrangler unlimited and that black is notoriously hard to keep clean but these guys do it very well
