We paid for the “best” touchless car wash for our black Cadillac. The soap only covered halfway as did the wax. The bar that sprays blocked the exit for most of the drying. I went to notify the employee as a courtesy and he got belligerent with me. He wanted to rerun it through which we chose not to do. This infuriated him and he said to run it through the brush washer, which is against what Cadillac dealer recommended. I just wasnt happy once I got home and noticed all the brush marks from the automatic car wash amd that it didnt clean completely and that it left my truck looking partially washed and spotty

Very confusing. Did the car wash then something about 3 dollars to use the vacuums. And had to see attendant for that. Makes no sense. I won't go back because of that. Because of his fairy dust reply when people see it they will understand what a piece of fore skin the owner is.

I absolutely love the touch less automatic car wash they have. It gets the job done and I don't have to worry about potential scratches. The free vacuums are also pretty good. Only thing they are missing is a car mat washing station or machine.

Had the $45 monthly plan for my personal vehicle. I also washed my company vehicle there as well, which ran about 30 to 50 dollars a week depending on weather conditions and the muddy conditions. Today I went to wash and vacuum out my work truck. I had a issue getting my card to work in wash bay. So I decided to just vacuum it out. I was approached and asked if I was going to wash my truck. I said I have a membership for 45$ and I tried to get a wash done. But unable to. The vacuums are for cars getting a wash. I canceled my membership at Arts wash. I used my credit card. I selected $3 for a 4 minute wash. My credit card reads $19. I have disputed the charge.

I absolutely love both of the Arts car washes in Little River!! This one has the option of being hands on and it's got everything that other car washes doesn't have, like hot wax, hand dryer, etc. Then they have the car wash you ride in, that the kids LOVE especially the one at the other location.

This is the best car wash around I have a f350. Gets really dirty it get it to look

The older white guy was quite rude when I asked about scrubbing the bugs off when going through the automatic wash. I wouldn't go back.

On October 12 th approximately
2:00 pm i use this location to wash my 2014 dodge ram 3500 crew cab long bed color-True Blue. I put a ten dollar bill in the machine because the credit card reader would not read 2 of my cards. After thinking my truck was clean i drove to the bank next door, United Community Bank, walked in , 20 min later walked out to my truck, by then it had dried to reveal the filth still on my truck after presoaking, scrubbing with the brush, and then spraying off.Needless to say I will not return, I informed and showed the manager/ owner my truck, he was hmmm, shocked , offered
