Alvin is a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. He answered my questions promptly days before my appointment. Took him about 4.5 hours for the exterior & interior package in addition to the one step polish. Alvin walked me through the work he did and I was really impressed. After the polish, he sealed and waxed the car. Will definitely be returning!

I got a full interior and exterior detail services and a paint work before adding on a 5 year ceramic coating. my vehicle came out like I just got it for the first day again at the dealership. I take my car to Diamond Auto Detailing once a year for a complete interior and exterior cleaning ($200). My car doesn't really get that dirty so there is no need to go more frequently, and I am too lazy to do the job myself. I have been to Diamond about 5 times as of my most recent visit.
The good thing is that they have always done a good job of cleaning my car. The wax job on my black car is very clean without any noticeable residue left behind. The carpets, vinyl trim, and leather seats all look well cleaned each time.

Bumper road rash repair and exterior detail. Bumper repair was sub par (sloppy masking). Exterior detail w/ out paying attention to details. Windows not washed, excess wax dust not wiped, wax dust all over rag top. Car left in busy lot w/newly repaired bumper w/in one inch of another car. The shop is very busy as they have Patrick BMW as a client. To their credit they offered to address the problems. After leaving it for 3 days, and getting it back in worse shape vs. the drop off condition I didn't want to waste any additional time.
