Thank you to the families who have taken the time to let us know that our efforts to honor and celebrate the life of their loved one has been a comfort to them. Our family was reeling from the loss of my son in a tragic accident. Matthew helped us through this extremely difficult time with such personal care and comfort.
He created so many thoughtful pieces to celebrate our son's life, including a beautiful tribute video that really captured his unique and fun-loving spirit. At my request, Matthew played Eye of the Tiger at the end of the interment service. Those closest to our son knew how significant that song was to him - it was a truly touching and unforgettable moment and I'm so grateful that Matthew made it happen.

Services
With this option, you receive public visiting hours or a private family viewing followed by a service at the funeral home or in your church. Services will conclude with either burial or cremation. Some families prefer to have a service held at the grave site location with clergy, family, and friends.

Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home is located at 42 Concord Street in Maynard, Massachusetts, near Maynard center, between Route 62 and Route 27. From Route 2 west or east take Route 62 toward Maynard center. Continue on 62 (Summer Street), keep left. Turn left on to Concord Street. Our funeral home is a few blocks down on the left.

We recently had what is becoming a newly common situation: we had to deal with a loved one passing away far from home (Ohio) and not being able to handle this in person. We needed to coordinate two funeral homes: one to cremate and Fowler-Kennedy to perform the burial. Matthew and his staff are responsive, thoughtful and helpful; their assistance made this seamless. This is our second time working with Fowler-Kennedy and I continue to highly recommend them.

Outstanding attention to details. Asked questions about my sons interests and what was important to him. When we arrived for his wake we were so pleased to see why he had asked so many questions. Many tributes to my son based on the information we gave him. Matt made a very difficult time for us easier. We definitely made the right choice using Fowler-Kennedy funeral home.
