Kathy and her staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are a bright light during a very difficult time. They become great friends within minutes of meeting them. I leaned on Kathy so much to get me through the tragic death of my wife. She was a rock for me, and still is. She always checked in with me to make sure I was doing OK. She guided me through the process. You name it and Kathy was right there. The sympathy, compassion, guidance, and support provided by the Acton Funeral Home is second to none. Just a top notch operation. Top notch people. Top notch facilities.

We used Acton Funeral Home when my mother passed years ago. The experience was such so that although It wasn't nearby, I couldn't think of any place else I would want to go to when my father passed.
Recently my father joined my mother, so I called Kathy Doran Boyle right away. She was outstanding to work with. She respected our wishes, addressed our concerns and provided ideas and recommendations we didn't know we needed. My father was a veteran, and she was very knowledgeable about the benefits he was entitled to and even helped us with the paperwork. We planned the funeral service

Kathy and Acton Funeral Home made the best of a tough situation when my mother recently died. Before she passed I had expected the process to be an emotional rollercoaster yet Kathy and her staff made it very, very easy. Planning the arraingements and details up to the service were done well. Mom had been ill for several years and had not been in the best physical shape, yet they made her look really good for the family gathering.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful Acton Funeral Home has been to deal with. They were most professional, caring, personable. I had met with Kathy, the Director, to pre-pay my mother's funeral. She went over all their services and explained everything clearly. She also didn't try to up-sell me. As my mother was to be buried next to my dad in a veteran's cemetary there were some things that were particular to those cemetaries. She knew exactly what to do and who to contact. When my Mother did pass the excellent service continued. Dan worked with me to handle the arrangements. Again
