This is the only bank in the world that will not let you access your account with a United States driver's license. The last time I interacted with Park National Bank I was asked for my street address, FULL social security number, my date of birth, my recent pay check amount, and 3 security questions. I am absolutely not comfortable with this. I can not find a reason as to why they need SO MUCH information for something like a balance. I am regularly charged fees that do not make sense and the staff is less than helpful at explaining. I have tried to update my address 4 times and I have given up
