Car Trendz installed a Sony Amplified head unit in my Tundra. They did the work same day In just a couple hours. Ran heavy gauge power direct to the battery for the 200 watt RMS amp built into the unit. The work was clean neat and progressional. I def give them 5 out of 5 stars. Im already looking for another head unit for my Tacoma to head back to them.

They installed a Compustar remote start system in my 2014 Honda Civic LX. It works just as it’s supposed to, for now, and the mechanic did an excellent job explaining to me how it works. You can definitely find somewhere cheaper though. The cost of labor is high (depending on what you get, more than the dealership itself and almost double the part you are having installed). That said, I plan to hold them to that warranty. Due to the price though I’d say this is a one time stop for you; it’s nice, it’s clean, everyone is friendly, but you just don’t pay that price more than once. Compare

Thai owns the best auto modification shop that I know in this area and I have been doing business with him since 2010. I purchased V Land LED Head and Tail Lights for my 2008 Lexus IS 250 AWD and I tell you man my ride looks like a brand new car...If you want it tight and right go see Thai at Car Trendz!!!

Great customer service here at Car Trendz. I brought in my vehicle, talked to the owner and the technician who guaranteed me that what I came in for will be done with no problem. Sure enough, what they said was through, my car came out nice and I was happy about the work that was done on my vehicle. Before and after. Took an SUV over a decade old and Car Trendz brought it up to speed with technology of Apple Car play. Upgraded the speakers with Alpine speakers that truly now has made it a better driving experience. The guys were great, walked me through everything and no pressure for anything else. Very clean install- highly recommend.

That sucks I been there 2 time for installation light they told to be it will cost me 600$ which I got done from somewhere else for 80$.
Got there today for tinting I didn't want to go but everywhere else was booked talked to the Guy we agreed I dropped off the car and called Uber as soon I sat in Uber they called said oh you already have a old tint in the back that job is more costly I said ok charge me and he said it rudely we don't have time come and get the refund and take your car Lol these days you won't see any customers service thing in any business even though you have

Car Trendz did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone in the DC area. I called in the morning and they confirmed they could fit me in same day. Tai helped me choose the right head unit for me which was great along with a rear view camera. They did the install under the time they promised and had me out the door. The install tech did a great job of explaining all the features and how they interface after the install was complete. Everything looked great. Couldn't ask for a better experience, will be back if I decide to do more aftermarket work done on my car.

I went to Car Trendz to purchase a $1500 head unit and have it installed. Instead they help me find a better unit for $500. They could have easily made $2000 off of me. That shows how much they care about customers.
Because of Car Trendz outstanding customer service bought a head unit and speakers. I had purchases installed on the spot. Now my 2017 Toyota Tundra looks and sound great.

This is my second time hiring Car Trendz to work on our vehicles. The first time, they installed a remote starter in my then girlfriend's RAV 4. We dropped off the car and they installed it in a few hours, no issues.

Tai is Rude, Unprofessional and Unapologetic.
Over the phone I spoke to the owner Tai for a free estimate and told him I needed my HIDs installed and told me to come in for a quote, he told me it could be anywhere up to to $150 max. Seemed reasonable enough so I told him that I am an hour away due to traffic.
Upon arriving to the shop, he takes my car inside the garage and tells me to come inside as well. He has his technician remove some panels and the battery to take out my halogen bulbs and tells me that my HID Kit is trash and that it is not worth installing and that I needed to buy his

Went in looking for new headlights due to a vision problem. Tai showed me differences between different lights and let me pick. I came back a week later and they were installed quickly and when I came back with more questions he and his installer took the time the answer my questions.
