We called them after 7pm when our well pump suddenly stopped working. I expected to just leave a message since the website said they weren't open until the next day. Whomever answered was attentive and caring. Even made a joke about not knowing exactly when the servicemen would arrive the next day. But she asked how we'll be without water and suggested hooking up to the neighbor's line. So glad we decided to go with Worshams Pump Co. The first well company I called sounded annoyed about my call even though their website said they were open 24 hours. I was quoted TWICE what we were finally charged

Called them up to get a quote to replace a well pump and a few other items. When I received the quote it did not have the pump with the horsepower I requested ( I wanted a beefier pump) and the quote was higher than expected. I requested to know the difference between the cost of the pump they gave me and the one I wanted and I also wanted to sit down and discuss the bid when I had it front of me ( the originally sent it to the wrong email address), so I could understand everything and explain it to my partners. The owner (Barbara) plays dumb and says I need to talk to her guy "Victor", however

I came home from work at 6pm on a Friday and had no water. I left a voice mail to Worsham's Pump expecting to make due through the weekend. 9am Saturday morning I have a voice mail stating he was on his way. He arrived at 9:30 and by 10 am, I had water. And he was very friendly and polite. Thank you.

I have been using these guy's for year's. I won't use anyone else even if I have to wait. They have come out while I'm at work fixed the problem and trusted me I would pay the bill. Victor is great and goes the extra mile. He found something that wasn't part of his job but was a fire hazard to my home and he took it upon himself to fix it. Nice to have a company you can trust and gives great service.

Victor of Worsham's was very patient with my many questions. He helped me understand my pump and how it works. On a Monday, I asked to schedule on a Monday because I wanted to observe and discuss my problem. It was not urgent but they were out to my house that day within an hour or two. Not only did he fix the problem with barely a charge, but he was patient enough to solve my 5 year mystery with what was wrong with my irrigation stations. Almost a bigger deal than the pump itself. I am so grateful for Victor and his company. Thank you very much.
